Each faculty member has compiled a phone chain in which several parents will be notified about school closings, delayed openings, etc, and they, in turn, will contact parents on their assigned list.
On a snowy day, there's no better way to hear if our school is closed than by listening to 1010 WINS Radio in the morning.
School delay and closing information is broadcast three times each hour between 4:00am and 8:00am. The New York area is broadcast at 6 minutes after the hour.
Listen again between 2:00pm and 7:00pm for news of evening cancellations.
